thermostat?

T&PR valve and measure water
temperature exiting relief drain.

temperature approx 70ºC?

Replace Transfer Valve

Water heater electrically OK.
YES
The 500W heating unit will take approx 20 minutes
to recover tank temperature to 70ºC from cold. High
frequency hot water usage may cause the storage
tank temperature to drop below 70ºC.
