13.11 Can’t Create a High Humidity Alarm / Shutdown
These troubleshooting steps assume that the Humitter is removed from the
Humidity Block during the
Testing Humidity Alarm and System Shutdown
(section 9.14 ) procedures.

reading fails to climb
higher than 15% or

more than 1 minute
