Replacing transmitter batteries:

Follow the diagram to replace the 3xAAA batteries.

When a TRAP switch is pressed a “Switch Down” RF signal is
transmitted. When a Trap switch is released a “Switch Up” RF

signal is transmitted.

Continuous Transmit

TRAP continually (in bursts) transmits “Switch Down” for as long

as switch is pressed.
If the Acknowledgment is ON the receiver will reply after each RF
transmission burst.
This is ideally suited to momentary operation where the receiver
output needs to be active as long as the user presses down a
TRAP Switch.

State Change Transmit
TRAP transmits an RF transmission only when a Trap switch is
pressed or released (i.e. on a switch change of state).

On each of these “state changes” TRAP transmits up to 4
transmissions, or, “RF packets” (which can be seen by the

GREEN LED flashing up to 4 times,
If the Acknowledgment is set to ON the receiver will reply
immediately.  Upon receiving an Acknowledgment the TRAP will
cease sending any remaining of the 4 transmissions.
