Delivery:
Insure you receive 1 pallet and 1 bundle of lumber. A second delivery from a home
center will contain pre-cut wall studs and sheet goods.
Items not included:
Shingles, vinyl siding, woof floor, garage door and windows are purchased
separately.
Garage door:
An 8ft. wide x 7ft. high door is required.
Prior to building:
Unpack all items and organize items according to size and type. This will make them easier to find
when instructed. DO NOT discard any material until your building is complete.
Check with your local permitting authority to obtain any required documentation.
Thoroughly read this manual. DO NOT skip outlined steps.

Terminology:
Plumb:
Checking to see if a wall is vertical
Wall Plate: Top and bottom 2x4s used to frame walls
Tie Plate:
Second layer of 2x4s connecting wall sections together
Header:
Spans top of door opening
OSB:
Oriented strand board used for sheathing walls and trusses
