LUBRICATION (FIG. 7, 8)

1.  Turn on the hammer with no load speed 

for 5 minutes to warm up the hammer. 

1.  Loose the two screws (1) at the bottom 

of the motor with a cross screwdriver.

2.  Remove the metal cover (2), the motor 

cover (3) and the black plastic cover (4).

3.  Get rid of the old carbon brush and 

replace a new one. Then, lock the black 

plastic cover (4) back.

4.  Repeat above steps for the other side of 

the carbon brush.

5.  After replace two carbon brushes, 

  lock the motor cover (3) and the metal 

cover (2) with two screws (1) in order.

2.  Put the chisel of the hammer upward and 

the handle downward for 5 minutes as 

shown in Fig. 7 to let the used lubricant 

gather in the crank case. 

3.  After 5 minutes, turn the hammer back 

to normal direction. Remove the four 

screws (1) from the crankcase cover (2) 

with a 3 mm hex wrench. (Fig. 8)

4.  Get rid of the used lubricant in the 

crankcase and clean inside, then 

  replenish with new lubricant (3). 

5.  Put the crankcase cover (2) back and 

tighten with the four screws (1).

WARNING! 

 

After using the hammer for over 24 

hours, you must check the situation 

of the lubrication to see if you need 

to add the lubricant.

 

After you replace the carbon brush 

(or after using over 100 hours), 

please change the lubricant. 

 

Be sure to use the standard hammer 

drill oil.

WARNING! The amount of the lubricant for 

every change should be 30 g. If the amount  

was too much or less, it may cause 

damage to the hammer.

Maintenance

REPLACING THE CARBON BRUSH

(FIG. 6)

WARNING! Before maintaining the 

demolition hammer, make sure you 

have disconnected the plug to power 

source outlet.

WARNING! Please check the carbon 

brush regularly. If the carbon brush was 

worn out or the spring or the power 

cord were broken or burned out, please  

replace the two carbon brushes in the 

motor together.

Please be aware of the heat and do not 

be scalded.

If you find that the hammer is powerless 

function while operating the hammer, 

please check the lubricant is enough or 

not. It not, please replenish or change it.
