Error messages
What are error messages
Handling system messages
Switch the machine off at the mains and wait about 1
minute before switching-on. Retry to obtain a product.
If the attempt is successful, you can continue to use
the machine in the normal way. If it is not successful,
jot down the error message, switch the machine off
and contact Customer Service.
Error messages indicate an exceptional status (error)
or a malfunction of the coffee machine. The display
will indicate which part of the machine is causing the
problem.
BP Piston Overcurrent
The current to the piston is too high.
Water piston error
There is a malfunction in the piston unit.
CP Piston Overcurrent
The current to the piston is too high.
Coffee piston error
Fault of coffee piston or the brewing unit.
Boiler Fill Error
The tea/steam boiler could not be refilled (in the time
set).
Flowmeter Error
If the water flow cannot be measured, this error mes-
sage will appear.
Fuse Error
Fuse on main board is defect.
Interface Error
If the coffee machine is operated with a payment sys-
tem, this message will appear when the interface has
no connection to the c.m.
Sensor 1 Error
The temperature sensor on the coffee boiler cannot be
read correctly.
Sensor 2 Error
The temperature sensor on the tea/steam boiler can-
not be read correctly.
