3. Slide the bearing block off the axle and take the brake assembly out of the bearing block.

4. You will notice the lower brake lock is loose on the threaded rod, that should not be the case. The 

top cap nut should also be fixed with Loctite to the threaded rod.

5. Unscrew the lower lock and clean the threads. Apply Loctite and screw onto the threaded rod until 

the rod until the rod is halfway or flush to the bottom of the lock.
