3.3.2 • Securing the head box
The Small box does not need to be secured in place. Simply screw the box on to the side guiding
channels.
The Medium head box must be secured to the underlying construction starting at a system width
greater than 3600 mm.
The Large head box must be secured to the underlying construction starting at a system width
greater than 3600 mm. In combination with the XS side guiding channel, it is mandatory to
secure the head box at the sides, regardless of the system width.
You can do so in 3 ways:
• By using the hook profile
The hook profile has a length
of 300 mm and can be
attached to the underlying
structure.
If you take this option, 3 hook profiles will be supplied as
standard.
- 1 to counteract the deflection of the box profile in the middle.
- 2 for positioning on the sides of the box.
