Calibration button
• Repeat STEP 5 for the second, third,
and fourth point (calibration sequence
and motion direction of the nozzle are
shown).
• Slide the paper back and forth
between the nozzle and BuildMat, if
the paper can't be moved, the user can
clockwise rotate the screw with the
Allen Key until there is slight resistance
between the nozzle and the paper.
If the paper can be slided easily
between the nozzle and BuildMat. The
user can anticlockwise rotate the
screw with the Allen Key until there is
slight resistance between the nozzle
and the paper.
• Cut the filament with an angle
• Mount the filament on the spool
holder.
• Press the release arm and insert the
filament down to the extruder
connector.
• Enter into "Tool"->"Filament".
• Press "Temperature" to preheat.
• In the <Filament> menu, adjust the
temperature to 210 ºC and wait until
the actual temperature has reached
the target temperature.
• Press <Load>.
Starting the printing process
• If filament comes out of the nozzle, press <Stop>. Remove the filament remnants
with a pair of tweezers.
• Enter into Print and select the file to start printing.
• When the printing is finished, the user can take out the flexible BuildMat and remove
the prints with their hand, no any tools needed. Now the user get what they want so
easily.
