Operation
a) Inserting/changing the battery
• Insert the battery before first use or change the battery when the clock loses time or stops
working.
• Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the product.
• Insert a 1.5 V/DC AA battery with correct polarity into the battery compartment (observe plus/+
and minus/-).
We recommend that you use high quality alkaline batteries to ensure prolonged and
safe operation.

• Use the hook on the back of the device to hang it on the wall.
Ensure that no existing cables or pipes (including water pipes) are damaged when
drilling mounting holes or securing screws.
• Secure the clock in place using a screw or similar (not included) that protrudes a few millimetres
from the wall. Hang the clock on the screw using the hook. Handle the clock carefully. Glass can
break. Risk of injury.
c) Setting the time
Setting wheel • Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the product.
• Set the desired time using the setting wheel on the clock.
• Close the battery compartment.
d) Reading the measured values

• Read the temperature on the left side of the clock face.
• Read the air humidity values on the right side of the clock face.
e) Calibrating the thermometer and hygrometer
• The measurement of air humidity and temperature may be inaccurate due to the product being
transported.
• To calibrate these measuring devices, allow the product and a correctly calibrated reference
device to adapt to the ambient conditions for approx. 1-2 hours. Compare the two pairs of
displays and set the thermometer and hygrometer of the product to the values of the reference
devices. For this purpose, there are two openings on the back through which the adjustment
controller can be operated with a suitable screwdriver or similar (not included).
