Twister evolution (Nr. 1828)
Error Cause Solution
ON/OFF switch fails to
work.
• Power not connected. • Check the power supply.
• Device fuse blown. • Replace the fuse (Sec. 7.4).
Motor fails to start.
• Motor fault. • Have the device repaired.
No, or insufficient vac -
uum (not in the green
range on the scale).
• Suction filter system plugged. • Have filter cleaned or changed (Sec. 7.3).
• Seal surfaces dirty. • Clean the seal surfaces (Sec. 7.2).
• Solenoid valve fault. • Have the device repaired.
• Vacuum pump fault. • Have the device repaired.
Vacuum release / vent -
ing, too slow.
• Suction filter system plugged. • Have filter cleaned or changed (Sec. 7.3).
• Solenoid valve fault. • Have the device repaired.
Vacuum pump doesn‘t
start.
• Bowl detection pin sticking. • Clean area around pin.
• Have the device repaired.
The vacuum pump
switches on and off
intermittently during
the mixing process.
• At <100 % vacuum, the vacu -
um pump will switch off once
the set vacuum has been
reached.
• None, If the vacuum should drop due to
seepage, the vacuum pump will automat -
ically switch back on until the set vacuum
level has been reached.

• Compressed air hose not con -
nected, leaky or bent.
• Check the hose.
• Air hose too long. • Maximum length 2 m.
• Square are of air hose too
small.
• Minimum inner diameter 4 mm.
• Suction filter system plugged. • Have filter cleaned or changed (Sec. 7.3).

• Inlet filter plugged. • Change inlet filter (Sec. 7.5).
• Silencer plugged. • Replace the silencer (Sec. 7.6).
