 The state of power supply can be monitored through the test pins (TP1 for 

VREFH0, TP2 for AVCC0, TP3 for VREFH, TP4 for VBATT, TP5 for 
VCC_USB, TP6 for VCC, and TP7 for GND). 

System clock (EXTAL) 

 4 to 16 MHz clock signals are supplied from the user system. 

Sub clock (XCIN) 

 32.768 kHz clock signals are supplied from the user system.

4.  Reset Circuit 

Figure 2 shows the reset circuit, with the level on the RES# pin pulled up by a 510-

kΩ resistor.
