and the tempering of their controls .
Motorcycles used in any competition or
e n g a g e d i n r e n t i n g , o r w h i c h a r e
disassembled.
Motorcycles used as a taxi service.
Damage caused intentionally or by external
uncontrollable and/or cases considered as
incidental.
Small failures not considered quality defects
a n d t h a t d o n o t a f fe c t t h e n o r m a l
performance of the motorcycle.
