Bed conversion
Dining area behind the driver’s seat:
To start, place all the seat belts into their holders to keep them out of the way.
If the bed is to be enlarged into a full double:
i.
Depress the button
found mid-way down
leg of the table and
rotate the bottom
half of the leg
upwards, to make a
right angle.
ii.
Tilt the whole table upwards
and lift free from the back
brackets.
iii.
Rest table top down on
the wooden ledges
between the two seats
to fill the gap.
iv.
Use cushions from
the rear of the seat
to cover the table
area and form the
mattress.
i.
Push copper catches
downwards to release
the extension arms,
and pull the side of
the seat outward into
the central isle to the
desired
width.
It
should
click
into
place. These copper
catches can be found
on the inward facing
wooden panels below
the seats.
ii.
Fill these gaps with
the support boards
that are build in the
cushions.
iii.
To extend the table top
unscrew the grey knob
underneath the table. This
will allow the frame of the
table to extend out. Place
the dinette table on the
wood runner. Fit the spare
support board (found in
the wardrobe), between
the table top and the wall.
iv.
Use the three spare
cushions on the Luton bed
above the cab to complete
the mattress.
vi.
In order to put the
dinette
table back on the slider on
the wall. The table frame
has to be extended out,
then place the dinette
frame on the runner to
clip onto place. Then you
can push the dinette table
top back into its original
place and then tighten the
screw from underneath to
secure.
