
6. Troubleshooting
After pressing the Power Button, the Power Indicator Light
does not go on
• The plug may be loose in the outlet.
• The Power Button may not have been fully depressed.
• Check your home’s circuit fuse or breaker switch to see it is
operating properly.
After depressing the Power Button, the Power Indicator
Light starts flashing
• You may be using a utensil unsuitable for induction cooking (non-
magnetic).
• The utensil may not be centered properly on the Ceramic Plate.
• The ceramic plate may be cracked (contact your Consultant or
Customer Service Center).
The unit stops heating during operation
• High surface temperature caused it to shut-off automatically.
• The Cool Air Intake or Warm Air Exhaust may be blocked.
• The unit became unplugged during cooking.
• Check your home’s circuit fuse or breaker switch to see it is
operating properly.
The Cooking Temperature Lights don’t seem to be working
• The Cooking Temperature Lights will not operate when the unit is set to
the warming function. Press the Increase Temp button to
change from warming to cooking mode.
CAUTION

Customer Service Center. Never attempt to repair or disassemble the unit by
yourself if service is required.
