Cooking Times
When using Rena Ware “water-less” cookware with your Induction Cooker,
you will find that a water seal forms much quicker. Once the “water-seal”
forms, you can use the following table to estimate the remaining cooking time
for many types of food. The Rena Ware “Healthy Cooking” Cookbook also
has extensive cooking time charts you can reference.
In general, cooking “water-less” with Rena Ware utensils and your Rena
Ware Induction Cooker, will reduce cooking times and lower your energy
bills at the same time! Use the Induction Cooker’s timer function and
the following table for convenient timer cooking. Always check your food
occasionally during cooking to avoid overcooking.
