DL Over O/P Alarm
1. Extremely high input level at the
BTS port of the repeater. The
output power has exceeded the
AGC’s control.
2. Insufficient isolation will also
cause this alarm.
1. Decrease the gain by adjusting the
relevant manual attenuation or add an
RF attenuator at the BTS port of
repeater to decrease the input signal
power.
2. Increase the distance between donor
and service antenna to increase the
isolation.
Over Temp Alarm
The temperature of the repeater is
above the set threshold, which is
caused by the installation
environment.
1. Repeater has to be installed vertically.
2. Relocate the repeater to a more
ventilated position.
PA Failure
LNA Failure
The PA/ LNA module has been
damaged. Most times this is caused
by self-oscillation.
Return the damaged module back to the
place of purchase for repair.
PLL Unlock
The PLL circuit cannot lock onto
the programmed frequencies. The
operating frequencies of repeater
may have been accidentally shifted
from the
OMS Lite
software.
1. Execute the
Default Setting
through
OMS Lite. Refer to
OMS Lite
User’s
Manual
for more detail.
2. If the alarm cannot be solved, it means
repeater has been damaged. Please
return the damaged FC module to
place of purchase for repair.
Master Power Failure
If the repeater’s power input is shut
down, the back-up battery inside
the repeater will work, and this
alarm will be sent out.
Check whether the power cable has been
connected properly and the power outlet
are switched on.
Check the power switch of repeater.
Power Module Alarm
If the power module has failure
issue, this alarm would occur
Contact Remotek to replace the power
module.
Battery Power Low
Alarm
If the battery of MCU has low
power situation, it will send this
alarm.
Contact Remotek to replace the battery.
Door Open Alarm
The door of repeater has been
opened.
Lock the door before leaving site to avoid
the repeater’s unauthorized open.
M/S Module Comm.
Failure
The connections between modules
are faulty.
Check all the modules connections inside
the repeater. If this no faulty connection
can be found, contact Remotek for quick
service.
