CLEANING THE DEVICE
• Turn off the device by pressing the button
once.
• First remove the suction nozzle from the intermediate dirty water tank, then, by pressing
the locking buttons, remove the additional tank and, if necessary, pour the water out of
the tank.
• Rinse the additional tank and the suction nozzle under running water (can not be washed
in the dishwasher).
• Caution: The base unit of the device contains electrical components. Do not wash it under
running water!
• Remove the dirty water tank.
• Empty the water from the tank and rinse it with clean water. Install the tank back into the
appliance.
• Remove the cleaning nozzle from the sprayer and rinse it under running water. The
microfiber nozzle can also be washed in a washing machine at temperatures up to 60 ° C
(without using fabric softeners).
• Allow the appliance to dry before assembly.
• Charge the battery if necessary.
• Clean the appliance after each use.
• Before cleaning, turn off the appliance and disconnect the charger.
• Do not immerse the appliance and the window vacuum cleaner power adapter in water.
• Do not allow water or other liquid to enter the engine housing.
• Use a soft and dry cloth to clean the appliance from dust and lint.
• Do not use detergents, abrasive cleaning powder or polish to clean the device to avoid
damaging the surface of the device.

The spray bottle does not work
• Fill in the detergent in the proportion
specified in the item «Device assembly».
• The pump mechanism in the sprayer is faulty,
please contact the REMEZair Service Center.
The device does not turn on
• Check the window vacuum cleaner indicator.
• If the indicator is off or flashing red, charge
the battery.
Streaks and streaks when cleaning the
surface
• Clean the rubber pads.
• If necessary, replace the rubber pads: slide
the pad to the side, remove it and replace it
with a new one.
• Check the detergent dosage.

TROUBLESHOOTING
• The appliance contains a lithium-ion battery, which can only be repaired by Service
Center personnel. If the battery does not hold a sufficient charge, it must be replaced.
Contact the Service Center to replace the batteries. If necessary, you can purchase an
additional battery on the official REMEZair website.
• Handle rechargeable batteries with care. Do not short-circuit the batteries, which
could cause contact between metal objects and the end parts of the batteries. In the
event of a short circuit, the temperature of the batteries can rise to a dangerous level
and cause severe burns or fire.
SAFETY RULES FOR USING THE BATTERY
In accordance with the current legislation, an appliance that is out of order must be
returned to the Service Center, where it will be safely disposed of.
