1.1
Personnel qualification
The installation and maintenance of the appliance must be performed by
a qualified technician in accordance with local and national regulations.
Only approved and certified technicians are allowed to work on the
refrigerant circuit.
Installation and maintenance performed by under qualified technicians
(where applicable) will void the warranty of the product.
1.2
General safety instructions
Danger
To prevent (possible) personal injury, death, or damage to the
device or property:
Make sure that you know and obey all safety instructions and safety
provisions of the device.
Obey local safety rules and regulations.
When performing maintenance or any other work, disconnect the device
from the power supply and wait at least 10 seconds before you start
working on it.
The refrigerant circuit of the heat pump must be controlled by certified
staff, according to regulation EC 517/2014, at least every twelve
months, in order to check if the system is leak proof. When the device is
equipped with the leak detection option, inspections can take place at 24
month intervals.
1.3
Water quality requirements
The water quality of the heating circuit must comply with the national
regulations.
The table below indicates which value of various properties are acceptable
for certain materials of plate heat exchangers and which are not.
