Cleaning the exterior
Caution
Do not use any cleaning agents containing soda, acids, sand or
chlorine in order to protect the surface.
1. Clean the external parts of the device with a damp cloth and common
detergents.
10 Troubleshooting
10.1 General
Danger
Installation, maintenance and repairs must always be done by
an qualified technician in accordance with local legislation.
Always disconnect the device from the power source when you
perform maintenance.
Do a check of the complete installation for leakages after
service or maintenance.
Remove casings only for maintenance and service. Replace all
casings after maintenance or service.
Use only the fuse supplied or an identical fuse in case of a
defect fuse.
Use only original spare parts.
Caution
Always replace all gaskets carefully of all dismounted parts during
maintenance.
10.2 Errors
If an error occurs, an error code will be displayed on the controller of the
device.

Refer to the controller manual for explanation of the error codes.
If you cannot solve the problem, inform an approved installer or service
technician.

Errors which are not displayed on the controller can be checked using the
following table. If the error cannot be solved, contact the installer or
service technician.
