3.  Setup

 

 

 

The  T58  option  board  has  a  number  of  parameters  that  need  to  be  set  for 
normal  operation.  These  parameters  are  set  using  the 

T58Programmer 

application. 

 

 

3.1  Connection

 

 

The  T58’s serial port  must be  connected to  a  PC  serial port using the  cross 
over (null modem) serial cable. 

 

 

3.2 

‘T58Programmer’ System Requirements

 

 

•  PC with Windows 2000 Service Pack 3, Windows 98, Windows 98 

SE, Windows ME, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP SP2 

 

•  Windows Installer 3.0. Windows Installer 3.1 or latter is 

recommended 

 

•  Internet Explorer 5.01 or later

obtain the latest version of 

T58Programmer

. In order to start the installation, 

from Windows Explorer double click the setup.exe file then follow the 
prompts.
