Installation
The electrical equipment is being delivered fully installed. The sealed plug can be connected
directly to the mains supply 230 V/16 A. For installation please refer to safety notes in
chapter 2.
Notes for the User
Installation
Insert mains power plug (10).
Fill the tank (8) with approx . 2,7 liters of cleaning fluid. The short haired brush area must
be completely covered. (Follow the instructions of the cleaning fluid manufacturer and the
instruments
’ manufacturer.)
The device is designed to be directly installed in the sink either on the left or on the right.
The suction feet (3) on the underside of the device prevent slipping in the sink. The
protective plexiglas cover (2) can be inserted either in the front or in the back of the
device, dependent on the working direction.
Operation
Switch the device on using switch (9). (The illuminated switch is easy to operate wearing
gloves.)
Hold the instruments which need cleaning into the cleaning bath, positioning them
between the brushes. The two rotating brushes, one brush including a bristle-less area
and one brush with a larger diameter are perfectly suited for pre-cleaning pliers and
places which are difficult to access.
After cleaning your instruments, use switch (9) to switch off the device. Remove the
protective plexiglas cover (2) and put it on the opening. The protective plexiglas cover
serves at the same as a lid, preventing outgassing of liquids.
When the device is not used for a longer period of time empty it and treat it with stainless
steel care products. The device is splash water protected according to DIN 65.
Note:
After a prolonged standstill of the brushes, e.g. in the event of jammed instruments, turn off
the device and/or pull the plug to remove the instruments.
