Fault
Removal
Motor not running
- Check plug socket used to see if live.
- Check supply cable for faults (not under pressure) and have it replaced,
if necessary.
Motor runs (foot lever is actuated) but tool
not working or only partially
- Check oil level, if necessary top up.
- Check hydraulic hose for leakage (not under pressure) and have it replaced,
if necessary.
- Vent system.
Unit not reaching 450 bar pressure
- Check oil level, if necessary top up.
- Check hydraulic hose for leakage (not under pressure) and have it replaced,
if necessary.
- Vent system
If the faults cannot be remedied, return tool to REHAU Service Center or to your dealer
