VADA
TWIN MOTOR MACERATOR
Commissioning:
• Once the plumbing and electrical connections have been made, check that the connections are watertight by letting the
water flow successively through each inlet used. Make sure that the unit is operating correctly by carrying out at least two
start cycles with water to test the system.
• DO NOT operate the motors in override status (by pressing the pushbuttons on the control box) until the pumps have filled
with water. Operation without water damages the maceration system.
Care and use:
• DO NOT dispose of solvents, paints, turps, caustic acid, or other corrosive acids or cleaners.
• DO NOT dispose of foreign objects, feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, paper hand towels in the system.
• DO NOT dispose of hot water in excess of 70ºC.
• DO NOT use cleaning products that produce excessive foam, this may cause motor damage.
• DO NOT install in a hairdressing salon without the use of a hair trap first.
• DO periodically clean the macerator with a quality cleaning product on the market that is not acid/citric based.
• In the event of a power failure, stop draining any water from the equipment connected to the unit.
• A visual check of the unit must be conducted once a month to ensure correct operation. The installation must be inspected
regularly (once a year) by a qualified plumber.
