3.2. PROGRAM MODE
Press [UP] or [DOWN] to select a program, then press [ENTER] to setup the workout
level and time. Press [START/STOP] to begin workout. The level can be adjusted during
exercise by pressing [UP] or [DOWN]
Press [STOP] to pause the workout, and press [START] to continue. Furthermore,
press [RESET] to go back to main screen.
3.3. H.R.C MODE
There are 4 Heart Rate Control options to choose from; press [UP] or [DOWN] to select a
program and set the desired exercise time. Press [START/STOP] to control the workout.
If you select H.R.C. TAG, a preset PULSE value of “100” will be shown in flashing text. You
can then press [UP] and [DOWN] to adjust the target range from 30~230.
Press [STOP] to pause the workout. Press [START] to continue the workout.
Furthermore, press [RESET] to back to main page.
