OPERATION PROCEDURE
1. POWER ON
After connecting the power, the console will activate with a long beep sound. The LCD
screen will appear as below, before entering into personal data setting mode.
2. USER PROFILE SET UP
Press the ENTER button each time you set the USER#, GENDER, AGE, HEIGHT, and
WEIGHT value. All entered data will be saved in user profile. After your user data has
been setup the console will display the main menu.
