‘Warranty Claim’ form. 

Please ensure all fields are completed; the more 

detailed you are with your description of the 

defect, the more quickly we will be able to 

replace your product.

Once your form has been submitted, a member of 

our Customer Care team will contact you within 

seven (7) business days. Depending on the nature 

of the claim, we will either provide you with a 

replacement part or product.

Warranty Shipping Information

Replacements provided within   
the claims period within Australia 
will be provided free of charge, 
including shipping costs. If you 
require replacement parts to be 
shipped internationally within the 
warranty claim period, Redsbaby 
will provide the parts free of 
charge, however the customer is 
responsible for covering the cost 
difference between international 
shipping and local shipping,  
based on the original order 
shipping address. 

Claim Validity 

For your claim to be valid, you 
must stop using the product 
immediately once you become 
aware of a fault or defect, and 
contact Redsbaby following  
the process outlined to point  
out the defect.
