1. Use a grease gun to fill with grease.
Note: New products are first filled with grease after
approximately 20 hours of operation, and
subsequently approximately every 60 hours of
operation. Use special grease, no. 503 98 96-01.
The grease in the bevel gear does not normally need
to be changed except if repairs are carried out.
To clean and lubricate the cutter
1. Clean any resin and plant residue from the blades
using cleaning agent 531 00 75-13 (UL22) before
and after using the product.
2. Lubricate the blade bars with special grease, part no.
531 00 75-12 (UL 21) before long periods of storage.
