6-15 Assembling of Cylinder Plate
A notch on the cylinder plate is to lay the high ten-
sion cable.
Set the cylinder plate with the notch at the muffler
side.
6-14 Positioning of Lead Air Intake Tube
The lead air intake tube has cast marking of either
F
or
S
.
S
is for the starter end, and
F
for the fan end.
Assembling position shall not be mixed up.
Caution:
Oppositely assembled tubes will cause a sealing failure.
Before assembling the tubes, check for deterioration or
cracks and change with new ones if necessary.

Set the insulator gasket under the engine cover with
care for not turning it up by the engine cover.
