To obtain the best performance from your fi re pit, you must perform the following storage and maintenance
activities on a regular basis:
• Allow at least 35 minutes for the fi re pit to cool down after use, then disconnect and remove the cylinder.
• Cylinder must be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area out of the reach of children. Disconnected
cylinders must have protective plastic cap installed and must not be stored in a building, garage or
any other close area.
• Storage indoor is permissible only if the cylinder is disconnected and removed.
• Keep the fi re pit area clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline and other fl ammable vapors and
liquids.
• If the fi re pit is not in use, it must be covered to protect from weather or other adverse elements.
• Installation and repair should be done by a qualifi ed service person. The fi re pit must be inspected at least
annually by a qualifi ed service person.
• It is imperative that the control compartment, burners and circulating air passageways of the fi re pit be kept
clean.
