Star Topology

Using an external switch or the six Ethernet ports, connect one device to each port. The EtherTRAK-2 I/O modules must 

be in 2-Network/Star mode to use this network configuration.

Recommended Switches

The SixTRAK IPm RTU/Controller and EtherTRAK-2 I/O modules will work with all 802.3 switches. For applications using 

the Ring topology, Red Lion Sixnet Monitored and Managed switches are recommended.
