A TPS administrator performs the following tasks:
• Lists and searches enrolled tokens by user ID or token CUID.
• Edits token information, including the token owner's user ID.
• Adds tokens.
• Deletes tokens.

Access to the agent services forms requires certificate-based authentication. Only users who
authenticate with the correct certificate and who have been granted the appropriate access privilege
