Before installation or maintenance ensure that the
mains supply to the unit is switched off and the
circuit supply fuses are removed or circuit breaker
turned off.

It is recommended that a qualified electrician is
consulted or used for the installation of this
photocell and installed to the current edition of the
IEE wiring regulations.

Installation Instructions

Avoid installing it near heating or air conditioning.

of the load. This product must be installed by a qualified
electrician.

TEST: AUTO MODE
•
The Sensor is equipped with two adjustment controls;
•
After installation, please turn the time controller
anti-clockwise to the minimum position before you switch on
the power. Turn the lux control anti-clockwise to the
minimum value.
•
Restore the main power; the light will be on for 30seconds.
•
Adjust the lux and the time with the controls to suit your
requirement.
TEST: MANUAL MODE
•
To test the MANUAL mode (light permanently on), switch
the light off and on quickly within 1-2 seconds at the light
switch. The light should remain permanently on regardless of
the sensor operation.
•
To reset the light into AUTO mode, switch it off for
approximately 30-60 seconds before switching back on.
•
After successfully testing the light, please ensure you adjust
the settings to the desired LUX and TIME settings. Position
the angle of the sensor head so that the optimum coverage is
achieved.
