OPERATION
Voltage measurement
1. Set the rotary switch to or position.
2. Connect the test leads to the measurement
source.
3. The result will appear on the display. While
measuring the DC voltage, the polarization of the
red test lead will be shown.
4. To change the mode to frequency or duty cycle
measurement, press the Hz% button.
