Cable + Quick Connect/Disconnect Kit
1. The cable on this system is split into three parts, two camera cables
that end with Quick Connect terminals and a Pigtail Cable.
2. The first camera cable (26') mounts on the tow vehicle. It runs from
the cab to the back of the tow vehicle where it is mounted flush to the
vehicle (Figure 1.1 number 2).
3. The second cable (66') mounts on the trailer. It runs from the cam-
era on the back of the trailer up to the front of the trailer where it is
mounted flush to the vehicle (Figure 1.1 number 3).
4. To complete the connection, just connect the Pigtail Cable to both
terminals and the circuit is complete (Figure 1.1 number 4).
Tip
: Start wiring from the end with the quick connect bracket. In
other words, first install the quick connect bracket and then run
the cabling through the truck or the trailer.
