F.A.Q.
1. SD card can not read by DVR
A.: Please use original type 1GB-128GB SDHC card
2. No video output on monitor once DVR power up
A.: Please check connection between TV and DVR
3. No audio out when playing back video
A.: Please check connection between TV and DVR.
And make sure the record file has audio signal too.
4. There has no files in SD card after DVR worked for a while
A.: Please check if SD card detected by DVR
Please use 1GB-128GB original SD card
5. DVR shut down when it is working
A.: Please don’t insert/take out SD card when DVR is working

6. DVR can not recording by motion detection
A.: Please set recording mode in “Imot.”

A.: Please check if battery low
Please keep DVR working with it without coverage
