3.2.2.2.2 Installation of a print head with double offset stripper plates (standard)
With the offset (cascaded) installation of two print heads the max. print height of a REA JET HR
2K/4K marking system can be doubled to 25.4 mm.

The exact positioning of the two offset print heads is
done with adjusting pins and the corresponding
grooves (1) of the print heads. During installation,
please make sure that the adjusting pins on the right
side of one of the print heads are in the grooves on
the left side of the other print head.
The height offset of both print heads is exactly 12.7
mm. This corresponds precisely to the height of one
cartridge.

Both print heads are connected with the two long screws included in the delivery of the stripper
plate. One screw per side. The two following images depict the exact assembly position.
