TL01-A sensor description
TL01-A is a microcontroller optic-electronic sensor that can detect printed lines, printed contrasts and
working material edges.
It can work with a contrast lamp when the internal lamps are inactive.
It is fitted with four keys for the calibration and to access the sensor’s advanced functions.
It features a four-digit display and a led-bar, used to indicate certain sensor parameters and the
positioning of the line/edge. There are LEDs used to provide further information on the operating status:
Main features
Reader of edges and coloured, continuous or interrupted lines on various backgrounds:
Printed light, printed dark, glossy, transparent, metallized, reflective, etc.
Easy to use:
Simple focus. Adjustment needs to be performed just once during the installation, even if the
material being used changes.
Immediate display of the reading area with the Laser pointer.
Simple and quick calibration in just a few seconds.
Automatic selection of the illumination colour for maximum contrast (the sensor activates the blue,
red or white lamps autonomously to achieve the maximum prominence of the line or edge).
Illumination for matt or glossy surfaces.
Possibility to disable the lamps if a contrast lamp is used.
Micrometrical electronic movement (E.M.D.) of the reading position, with the right and left arrows as
an alternative to the mechanical movement (micrometrical support), without reducing the viewing
area.
Reading metallized or matt surfaces without moving the sensor.
Remote keypad (optional) for installations where access to the sensor is difficult.
Sensor support is simple to adjust, solid and compact.
