Instructions
1.
Unscrew the cover with a Torx T20 screwdriver.
2.
Gently pry out the used batteries using a max. 3 mm flat screwdriver.
3.
Place two new, dry, room-temperature CR2 batteries into the unit as shown below.
There are markings for plus and minus. Press the battery against the spring on the
minus side. Then nudge the battery down on the plus side.
4.
Replace the cover as shown here.
5.
Tighten the screw with max. 0.5 Nm.
If you do not have a torque wrench, tighten the screw
lightly, just until it is beginning to reach its full depth.
Then tighten a little extra, max. 15-20 degrees more.
Do not overtighten! It could damage the cover.
Used batteries
Discharged batteries must be recycled. Tape the ends of CR2 batteries. More
information is provided by the local authorities responsible for waste
management.
