Limited warranty and return policy

RCE provides a one-year limited warranty for self-produced products.

Regulatory Information 

Warning: Random changes or modifications to this product without the formal approval of the 
compliance supervisor may result in users not having the right to operate this product.

The purpose of the foregoing requirements is to provide reasonable protection against harmful 
interference when this product is used in a home.

Battery recycling information

 

Dispose the battery properly, seek for local disposal facility for advice. Do not 
dispose, dissemble, damage, or incinerate the battery at all time.

Safety and general information 

 

Read this manual carefully before using the product, and please keep it in a safe place for 
future reference. 

 

If the battery is not used for a long period of time, please keep a proper storage capacity to 
avoid letting the battery drain below 10%. Please charge the battery to 60% storage capacity 
regularly every two months.

This power bank is not recommended for charging and discharging at the same time.

Do not short-circuit the device. To avoid short circuits, keep the device away from any metal 
objects (such as hairpins and keys). 

This device generates heat during use, which is normal. Please hold it carefully. 

Use this device as instructed to avoid electric shock and do not disassemble it.

This product cannot be repaired by the user. Please contact RCE to resolve technical support 
related issues. 

Do not heat this product or throw it into flames.

Do not place this product under heavy objects. 

Do not expose this product to direct sunlight or water. 

Keep this product away from high temperature, humidity or dust environment. 

Under normal use, please place this product in an open environment to facilitate heat 
dissipation. 

The contact surface of this product must be kept clean.

Before using it for the first time, fully charge the power bank battery before using it. 

Keep the USB-A output port and USB-C input port clean and unobstructed.

There is a danger of explosion when the battery is charged for a long time.

The battery capacity indicator will light up to show the capacity of the battery that has been 
charged. When the battery capacity LED lights all light up, it means that the unit has been fully 
charged. After charging is complete, please unplug the charging cable from the device.

This product does not support the charging and discharging function. Failure to follow these 
instructions may result in damage to the equipment.

RCE products outside of Taiwan, if they are not purchased through local agents, they will not 
be liable for the warranty. Please be responsible for them.
