Stabilizer Installation
Collect these parts.

Position the stabilizer over the fuse and center it using a ruler.
Using a scribe or pen, carefully mark along the sides of the fuse.
Remove the covering just inside these marks using a sharp Xacto knife.
Reposition the stabilizer over the fuse and when satisfied with the fit,
glue it in place using epoxy.
