General Description

The RBG 18V Cordless Grease Gun is a fully battery-operated, automatic grease gun. The
gun is designed for manual lubrication of grease fittings. It includes a pressure release valve to
relieve pressure in excess of 10.000 PSI (690 Bar) in the case of a blocked bearing, fitting, or
lubrication line.

Appropriate Use

The Grease Gun is designed to pump and dispense grease using a 18 Volt battery pack. Do
not substitute with any other 18 Volt battery pack. Any other use than expressed explicitly in
these instructions will void the warranty and any claim to liability.

Grease Gun Use and Care

Do not continue holding trigger if the Grease Gun is locked. This could damage the motor by
over heating causing fire. When not in use, keep battery pack away from other metal objects,
such as paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small metal objects that could make
contact with terminals and cause sparks or fire.

Service

Avoid risk of injury by servicing the Grease Gun only through qualified repair personnel. Use
only RBG replacement parts. Use of unauthorized parts may create risk of injury and will void
the warranty. For service, please take the unit to a qualified service center.

Use Safety Equipment

ALWAYS WEAR SAFETY GLASSES. Always use goggles or a face shield, but DO NOT

depend on everyday eyeglasses as impact-resistant lenses; they are NOT safety glasses.

Always wear eye protection that conforms to GS (Geprüfte Sicherheit) Safety Standard.

PROTECT YOUR HEARING. To avoid possible hearing damage, always wear ear plugs
when using your grease gun for long periods of time.

WARNING

The Grease Gun can generate up to 10.000 PSI (690 Bar). High pressure grease can cause
serious injury. Hold the hose by the spring guard. Avoid accidental starting; ensure switch in
not depressed when inserting battery pack. Do not bend hose so it kinks. Replace the hose
at the first sign of wear, kink, puncture or damage to the outside jacket.
