REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Rear Wheel/Hub Motor Replacement
Required Tools:
Phillips Screwdriver and Two (2) 13 mm Wrenches (not included)

Release the two (2) side buttons and push out the
battery from the battery dock.

Using a Phillips screwdriver remove six (6) screws
and remove the deck plate.

Remove motor cable wires from connector using
an awl.

Using a 13 mm wrench, loosen the outside locknut
while using another 13 mm wrench to prevent the inside
nut from turning. Remove wheel/hub motor.

Using a Phillips screwdriver remove seven (7) screws
and remove the battery dock cover.
Note:
There are two (2) sizes of screws,
A-Flat, B-Pointed

Disconnect motor cables.

Remove two (2) motor housing screws using a
Phillips screwdriver.

To install the replacement wheel/hub motor, reverse
steps 1-7.
