Replacing the Fuse
Required Tool:
5 mm Allen Wrench
Removing Rear Axle
Required Tools:
17 mm Wrench, 3 mm Allen Wrench and Rubber Mallet
Before you begin, carefully turn unit upside down for easier access.

Loosen the screws on the battery
box with a 5 mm Allen wrench.

Locate the fuse box on top of
the battery. Open the fuse cover to
expose the fuse.

Remove the fuse and replace
with a new one of equal amperage.
Close the fuse box and battery box.

Using a 17 mm wrench, loosen
locknut and remove rear wheel
closest to the chain.

Remove both c-clips on the rear
axle between the two bearings.

Use a 3 mm Allen wrench to
loosen the brake.

Lightly tap the end ofthe axle
with a rubber mallet. DO NOT USE
A HAMMER as this will damage the
thread. The brake drum and sprocket
must be slid along the axle as your
tapping progresses.

Use a 3 mm Allen wrench to
loosen the set screw on
the sprocket.

When the axle end is clear of the
bearing hanger, remove the axle.

accordingly and do not skip or
combine any steps.
