Chain and Rear Wheel Replacement
Tools required:
Phillips screwdriver, 5mm Allen wrench and
two (2) 13mm wrenches.

With a Phillips screwdriver,
loosen the two screws on the
chain guard and remove the
chain guard.

Using two (2) 13mm wrenches,
loosen the locknuts by turning the
wrenches counter clockwise.

To loosen the chain, push the
tensioner down to create some
slack in the chain.

Remove wheel and install
replacement wheel. (Note
the
sequence of the hardware)

Push the chain tensioner
down to install the chain on
both sprockets.

Using a 5mm Allen wrench,
remove the coupling bolt from
the Spark Bar and remove the
Spark Bar.

Using a 10mm wrench,
loosen the brake cable bolt.

Front Wheel Replacement
Tools required:
10mm wrench and two (2) 16mm wrenches.

Using two (2) 16mm wrenches,
loosen the locknuts by turning the
wrenches counterclockwise. Remove
wheel and install replacement wheel.
Reference front wheel hardware
sequence on this page.

Reassemble, adjust and
tighten brake cable. Verify
proper brake function prior
to riding the scooter.
