Advanced
Valley
Hold
This
function
works
similar
to
the
advanced
peak
hold
function,
except
it
will
search
the
signal
for
a
local
minimum.

Peak
Hold
with
Averaging
The
output
signal
delivered
by
the
advanced
peak
hold
functions
tends
to
jump
up
and
down.
This
is
due
to
the
fact,
that
only
maximum
points
of
the
otherwise
homogenous
trace
will
be
shown.
The
user
may
combine
the
functionality
of
the
peak
hold
function
with
the
averaging
function
by
choosing
an
average
time,
thus,
smoothing
the
output
signal
for
convenient
tracing.
