Appendix: Troubleshooting
This appendix provides common problems and solutions that may occur during the operation of
the phone, whenever you have problems with your phone, please check the followings first:

The phone’s power is turned on and the volume control is normal.
z
The USB dongle is properly connected to the PC.
z
Make sure that you have a phone signal (the phone signal strength
should have
at least 1 segment showing), if the indicator shows
, please try to move the phone
closer to the USB dongle, and check your PC is connected to Internet.
