RaySafe i3 Installation & service manual – Troubleshooting

PROBLEM

POSSIBLE 
REASON

ACTION

Hub time is incorrect.

Time source sends wrong 
time.

Check the time source under the Set-up tab in the Real-time Hub 
configuration interface, “Configuration tab” on page 28. If a 
reference dosimeter is  the time source, the time setting in the 
dosimeter might be incorrect. Connect the dosimeter to Dose Viewer 
and set the time, see “Initiate a Real-time Dosimeter” on page 8.

I have connected two HDMI 
cables to the Video Unit, but 
I only get video signal in one 
of them.

Only one HDMI 
connection can be used 
at a time.

If you want to have the Real-time View on several screens, you can use 
the 

Browser access

 option, see “Set-up tab” on page 29.
