2. Safety Precautions

Tools Required:

•  Impact Drill (with 10 mm Drill Bit)

•  Hexagon Head Screwdriver

NOTE:

The two racks included may be used together or separately.

1.  Slide a bracket on to the rail to create a template rack for placement. Place

your template rack in the desired location and mark the holes on the wall.

(Make sure to locate the studs in the wall if applicable, e.g., if installing

 on

drywall.)

NOTE:

The eight (8) black hex nuts should come connected to the eight (8)

M6 x 50 mm screws. Simply unscrew the hex nuts to separate them.

2.  Drill holes with the impact drill using a 10 mm drill bit at the marked points

(about 60 mm deep). Place wall anchors inside drilled holes. Then insert

four (4) of the M6 x 60 mm screws through the bracket into the wall

anchors and use your hexagon head screwdriver to screw them in place.

NOTE:

If you are installing the rack to a

wood wall or into studs,

use your hexagon head screwdriver to screw four (4) of the M6 x 60 mm

screws through the bracket at the marked points on the wall. (Wall anchors

 are

not needed for wood walls and studs

.)

3.  Line up the holes of the bracket and the holes of the rail. Next, place the

M6 x 50 mm screws in the aligned holes. Then, tighten the nuts on the

other end of the screw to stabilize rail.

4.  Slide the desired hooks onto the rail from the open end.
5.  Slide the second bracket onto the other end of the rail. Insert another

two (2) M6 x 50 mm screws through the holes of the bracket and rail

then tighten with the nuts. Finally, insert the four (4) M6 x 60 mm

screws into the bracket and screw into the wall.
6.  Repeat the process in a di

ff

erent desired location for the second rack.

(Again, note that you can combine the rails together by lining up the

  holes if desired.)
