SETTING THE TIME AND DAY

         1. Press and hold the P button for 4 seconds.
         2. Press the up and down arrows to select   
             “TIME” and then press the enter button.
         3. Press the up and down arrows to select the 
             current hour (24h). Then press the enter 
             button.
         4. Press the up and down arrows to select the 
             current minute and then press the enter 
             button.
         5. Press the up and down arrows to select the 
             current day (1=Mon, 2= Tue etc.) and then  
             press the enter button.
             The time is now set.
